Departments and reporting lines
Agents sit in departments with a clear chain to the chief of staff and to you. Add a role when the business needs one.
SyncBricks AI OS
SyncBricks AI OS is a private AI operating system for your business. In development.
One assistant you can talk to, a Brain that remembers how you work, and an office of specialist AI agents. Running on your own machines, asking before anything that matters.
One assistant
A voice and chat assistant in the Jarvis style. Talk or type, and she answers from your business's own knowledge, keeps an eye on what needs attention and reads it out when you ask.
Ask out loud at your desk or type a quick note. Same assistant, same memory.
Opens apps, files and pages from a fixed list of safe actions. Nothing outside the list.
She prepares the work, then waits for your yes before it leaves the building.
The Brain
Notes, decisions and rules live in one place and grow into a living knowledge graph you can explore in three dimensions.
Clients, projects, decisions and how-tos link to each other, so context is never more than a hop away.
Alina and the agents answer from the Brain first, not from guesswork.
Each answer shows the notes it came from, one click away, so you can check the working.
Meet the office
Each agent has a role, a department and clear goals. They hand work to each other, ask a colleague when they are stuck and report to the chief of staff. You can watch the floor as they work.
Agents sit in departments with a clear chain to the chief of staff and to you. Add a role when the business needs one.
Each agent knows what good looks like for its job, and its work is measured against it, not against busywork.
Sales passes a quote to Finance, Content asks Research for sources. Every hand-off is visible and logged.
Memory and learning
Alina and every agent keep their own memory and learn from your feedback. Each change is logged with what changed and why, and any change can be reversed.
Nothing about you becomes a "fact" until you confirm it.
Every memory has a history. Roll back a lesson and the agent works the old way again.
When a job goes well, an agent can save how it did it as a skill to reuse next time.
"Keep supplier emails short and sign off with my first name."
The agent drafts a rule for its own memory. Awaiting your yes
Saved with who, what and why. The earlier version is kept. Logged
The next draft follows the new rule.
You roll it back. Memory returns to the earlier version. Reverted
Approvals and authority
Anything that sends, pays, publishes or changes a system waits for your approval, in the app or on your phone. A clear authority policy says what the chief of staff may decide on her own, and every action lands in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Content · needs approval
Title, description and thumbnail are ready. Goes live once you approve.
Drafts, summaries, reminders, searching the Brain, filing and tidying.
Sending, paying, publishing, booking, or changing any system or setting.
Anything destructive or hard to reverse, such as deleting data or touching the firewall.
Each entry is sealed to the one before it, so a quiet edit to history breaks the chain and shows.
Connectors and the vault
Google Workspace, YouTube, email, accounting, websites, payments and many more, from one catalogue. Each agent gets only the connections and permissions its job needs. Secrets are sealed in an encrypted vault and never shown to an agent. Bring your own app or key.
Local-first
Language, speech and voice models run on your own hardware before anything else. Your Mac handles the everyday, your servers take the heavier lifting, and the cloud is used only if you choose it.
Talk to Alina, search the Brain and review work with the internet down.
The Brain, records and memory live on hardware you own and control.
Already pay for an AI subscription? Point selected jobs at it. Your call, per task.
Under the hood
Customers, deals, documents, double-entry books, IT assets and renewals in one database, searchable by meaning, not just keywords.
Each job is logged from request to result, step by step. Rewind it, see what happened and why, and undo what you do not want.
Prompt-injection guards on everything read from outside, sandboxed tools, and nothing destructive without a yes.
Runs on your own computer and servers. No data leaves unless a connector you approved needs it to.
How it works
AI OS runs on your own computer, with your servers added when you want more power.
Bring in your notes, decisions and rules. Alina links them and answers from them.
Choose the agents you need, connect their services and set what each may touch.
Agents do the legwork. You approve what matters, give feedback, and undo anything.

SyncBricks AI OS is in development. Here is what it is, and what it is not.
Not yet. It is in development. Join early access and we will get in touch when it is ready for businesses like yours.
On your own computer and your own servers. The Brain, the business records, the memory and the audit trail stay on hardware you control. Cloud services are used only where you choose to connect them.
The core runs on your own machines, so you can talk to the assistant, search the Brain and review work offline. Connectors such as email or YouTube naturally need a connection to do their job.
Not for anything that matters. Anything that sends, pays, publishes or changes a system waits for your approval, in the app or on your phone. An authority policy you can read spells out what the chief of staff may decide alone.
It is not a chatbot bolted onto a website, not a hosted service that keeps your data, and not a replacement for your judgement. It is an operating layer that does the legwork, shows its sources and asks before it acts.
Local language, speech and voice models running on your own hardware come first. If you already pay for an AI subscription, you can choose to use it for certain jobs. The choice is yours, per task.
